Club-Sponsored Show Options

Jim Wand provides high quality hypnosis entertainment for any club-sponsored event event. Whether it’s for an assembly, fundraising activity, project graduation, or post prom event, hypnosis is the key to entertainment.

Hypnotism is a great tool for entertainment, but it also provides helpful suggestions to students. With the increase of temptation and the peer pressure to use drugs and alcohol, Wand Enterprises knows how important it is to provide an alternative source of entertainment.

Whether it’s for a club-sponsored assembly, fundraiser, post-prom, project graduation, or other school-sponsored event, stage hypnotist Jim Wand guarantees satisfaction. Every hypnotist we represent uses hypnosis in a safe and age appropriate way. We never want any of our volunteers to feel embarrassed – hypnosis is meant to entertain, amaze, and educate.

Stage Hypnotist Jim Wand, the CEO of Wand Enterprises, has been performing at high school events for over 25 years. Each year he does over two hundred presentations and fifty percent of those are done at the high school level. During this all school assembly, he teaches and entertains at the same time, thus holding the audience’s attention.

Over the years I have presented more than 100 programs for High School audiences at State and National conventions. DECA, FBLA, FFA, Student Council, Business Professionals of America and Key Club are among the groups I’ve presented Keynote Addresses for. Through these experiences, I have come to one very important realization, “you have to capture one’s attention before he/she will listen and react”.

Action, Entertainment and Motivation with a message are key components to being successful with any high school audience. Thus, I have created two new Keynote Addresses utilizing this format:

American Youth’s Got Talent

Every school is diverse and unique in its own way. The educational environment for teachers, students and administrators need to be responsive to individual ethnic groups’ cultural values, practices, languages and other aspects of their cultural values. Stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination can quickly destroy a healthy school environment. Culture awareness and diversity are becoming increasingly an important part of the total educational process. “Stop, watch and respond” to this diverse program.

The X Factor

Being successful as a student is becoming more challenging every year. Test scores, class ranking, multi-tasking, social and parental expectations, peer pressure, personal relationships, extracurricular activities and added responsibilities can cause school to become a “hostile environment”. “Tune In and Turn On” with new strategies and how to “balance the scales” of high school life.

Both of these presentations are fast-moving, include audience interaction and share messages and strategies appropriate for all high school audiences. The time required is 60-90 minutes, depending on schedule restraints, and can be altered to reflect any theme.

Jim Wand’s appearance, character and content are extremely professional. Particularly striking are his conscientiousness and moral standard.

High School Assemblies

High school assembles are great opportunities to reach students on a personal level. Stage hypnotist Jim Wand understands how difficult it can be to find a suitable act that’s both entertaining and provides students with useful information. Hypnosis shows are a great way to get students involved and leave a lasting impression on them. The use of hypnotism can be entertaining, but it also provides helpful tips students can use in their daily lives. We teach and entertain at the same time, thus holding the audience’s attention. Some of the key issues we address during our hypnosis shows are alcohol and substance abuse, how to improve self-concept; develop self-responsibility, and the value of taking control over one’s life. Through the power of hypnosis our professional stage hypnotists mix entertainment and important life lessons into a useful presentation.

The presentation involves audience participation, can be utilized with students sixth through twelfth grade, is always tastefully done, enjoyed by all, and used with four hundred to three thousand students at one time.

  • All School Assemblies/Homecoming Pep Rallies
  • Drug/Alcohol Assemblies
  • Athletic or other Awards Banquet
  • Appreciation Dinners
  • Teacher Inservice
  • After Prom / After Graduation Parties
  • Other Special Events

This event is ideal to prepare your student body for the upcoming prom and/or graduation season. Or, it can be offered during any time frame you want a “fresh approach” to dealing with district drug/alcohol issues.

The Comedy Hypnosis Show and Drug Prevention Program is a refreshing way to deliver this important message and help educate the students about the pitfalls of drug and/or alcohol use.

  • CAPTURE THE STUDENTS’ ATTENTION with a hilarious, audience appropriate comedy hypnosis show, while demonstrating the creativity of the mind (boring presentations “lose” audiences quickly. These programs interest any audience with the added bonus of actively enjoying them in the performance).
  • EDUCATE THE STUDENTS about how drugs and alcohol affect the brain and how it specifically can hinder mental and physical performance. (We bridge the presentation where we showcase the natural power of the mind and demonstrate just how it works, to how chemicals can impede its performance.)
  • EMPOWER them to make responsible decisions. (We don’t “dumb down” the message either! We understand the challenges teens face and we deliver safe, practical, and effective methods to better ensure success with positive behavior.)

Be A Survivor

The Amazing Race

High school can be completed by crawling, walking or running. The pace is an individual decision that many times dictates the entire future of those involved. Academics, sports, clubs, outside jobs and other activities can cause a student to “shut down”, “drop out”, or “just skate by”. Develop the skills necessary to be more successful in the “race to the finish”. Targeted audience: Grades 4-12

Fear Factor

Today, a school environment can be a place where fear is everywhere. From gang affiliation, peer pressure, relationship issues, poor grades and inadequate skill development, just to mention a few, can cause anxiety in even the most stable of students. Learn how to identify and deal with these elements Targeted audience: Grades 7-12

Americas Got Talent

Every school is diverse and unique in its own way. Both teachers and students need to be responsive to individual ethic groups cultural values, practices, languages, and other aspects of their cultural values. Stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination can quickly destroy a healthy school environment. Cultural awareness and diversity are becoming increasingly a part of the total educational process. In this fast moving assembly, I show through interaction and lecture how:

  • All students need to feel a strong sense of belonging
  • All students need to learn how to interact respectfully with others
  • All students need to learn to understand and appreciate diversity

During the program, cultural awareness is examined and mini skits are utilized to show how different perceptions affect the outcome of any situation.

Each of these programs can include other topics requested by the group sponsoring the assembly. All 5 programs are audience appropriate, professionally done and diverse enough to hold everyone’s attention.
