As a member of the school community, one must deal with the many challenges that pop up on a continual basis. You put out one fire and another ignites. Then there are the add-ons like student council, coaching responsibilities, music, theater, and other extracurricular activities that take up countless hours of an educators day/night, which leaves little time for family and/or personal commitments, let alone leaving any free time.
These programs address the many issues mentioned above and how to pull from within extra energy, resourceful ideas and other strengths one is either unaware of or not being fully utilized. Learn to release and deal with inner fear keeping you from being more successful and how to plug in, turn on and be at the top of your game at all times.

Additional topics can be added to meet the needs of any audience.
- Targeted Audience: Administrators, staff and teachers
- Audience Size: 50 – 1,000
- Time Needed: 75 – 120 minutes
- Facility Required: Gymnasium or theater
Each of these topics are “custom fitted” to your audience. Once a topic is selected you can select up to 10 of the following issues to have included in the presentation:
- Minimize and/or deal with stress
- Personal and/or group motivation
- Increase energy levels
- Remain positive
- Develop better sleeping habits
- Get by on less sleep
- Break bad habits, quit smoking, stop overeating, etc.
- Learn to more effectively multi task

Each presentation is fast moving, tastefully done and audience appropriate.

Time Required: Options available from 45 minutes to 3 hours
Facility Required: School gym, theater, multi purpose room or other venue that comfortably seats the audience.
